Dr. Jim Hart - Worship Leader

  • Dr. Hart has served as the President of the Robert E Webber Institute for Worship Studies since 2007, having previously served as Dean of Students, Dean of Administration, and Provost. Dr. Hart served as the Director of Music and Arts Ministries at New Grace Church from 2006 to 2008, and previously served in the same position at Grace Episcopal Church from 1993 to 2006. He is the founding director of the Grace Academy of fine arts and the Voices of Grace children's choral ensembles. He holds a Bachelor of Music from Oral Roberts University in Sacred Music, a Masters of Music from the University of Tulsa, and Doctor of Worship Studies from the Institute for Worship studies. He is a published composer/arranger, songwriter and author. Dr. Hart and his wife, Carol, have three daughters, a female dog, a female cat, and two fish that are anyone's guess.
